Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after payment has been received and confirmed. Please note that holiday periods, inclement weather, or other factors (eg health restricitions, strikes, etc..) may affect order processing times.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We currently use Canada Post and/or UPS to deliver within Canada and the USA. Shipping costs are charged at checkout. Currently we offer free shipping for orders over $150 (heavy items exempted) and occasionally offer other shipping incentives.Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or customs delays may affect delivery times. Disalvo Sports is not responsible for such delays.In the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you in receiving a replacement or refund.Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please contact our customer support team immediately.
